I cannot recommend Zara enough!! She is the loveliest girl- so welcoming and easy to talk to. My back has improved leaps and bounds since I’ve been with Zara regularly, she knew exactly how to target problems areas and relieve tension- I wouldn’t go anywhere else 🥰
